Thanks to all the Knuckledraggers that made the trip to Sheffield to give me support. Especially Ian Malone and Pete Tiarks who gave up their valuable time and a large percentage of the water in their bodies as they suffered the SaunaMobile TM along with me. I hope the smell of my sauna suit and Ian's mackerel cans has now dissipated from Pete's car.
Also big thanks to Alan Orr for bringing some zen to the corner and upping my recovery inordinately between fights with the Tu'ina. Much appreciated guys.
The hardcore sparring at SBG Manchester paid off no end. Just a shame I didn't get through to the last round so I could have showed off the conditioning that Leon's kettlebell routines and Ian Malones Crossfit had built up in me.

"Also respect out to the 3 UK fighters who entered the tourney. Mick Sinclair push Peter Irving the best he could and i believe in time will be become a very good fighter. Peter Irving gave Kanomata some testing moments in his fight and showed just what he is capable of when he is in form. And Ian Butlin showed that he does actually have a striking background after all with a great TKO finish and i'm sure he'll be back to take on other UK guys soon.
It is a shame there wasn’t more UK guys in the tourney but Kanomata and Latomaki have really made there mark instead and i'm sure they will be back on a CW show soon. Kanomata vs. izidro is going to be very interesting indeed!"Also big thanks to Alan Orr for bringing some zen to the corner and upping my recovery inordinately between fights with the Tu'ina.
